Well I have to admit I love Jillian Micheals. However, I HATE workout #5! I hope to build up to “love”, but right now I hate it. Hard,hard, hard. However I know new workouts bring new challenges. By next week’s end I hope to report that I can actually do them and not look like I am about to die. Although she does admit in either workout 5 or 6, I cannot remember which, that she hopes you are feeling like throwing up. Well alrighty then, feeling like throwing up…check.
I didn’t have any weight change this week. But I am sure that has to do with my camping trip with the kids and the S’more / healthy food ratio. Just couldn’t pass up one S’more. Ok maybe it was 3 or more over the course of the trip, but who’s counting. However on a happy note I did continue to have measurement changes, so all is good. I have managed to do all my running and JM workouts this week, with a little juggling of the schedule. So still on track. I can see that as my running schedule continues I may have to tweak the JM workouts a little too. I had a hard time Tuesday doing 6 miles and Workout #6, I did it, but it wasn’t pretty. Saturday long run is scheduled for 9 miles, probably going to skip the JM cardio but we will see.
So that’s all just a short update. Looking forward to kicking workout #5’s butt next week, I hope.
