I’m Running 13 in 2013. How about you?

Here’s a great way to “Commit to Fit” in 2013.  Join myself and lots of people taking the challenge to do 13 races in 2013.

The brainchildren behind the year-long challenge are Jill Conyers (Jill Conyers Fitness Health and Happiness) and Jen Schomaker (Marathon Mom)

You can commit to any distance from 5k’s to marathons even trail running.  And races both “live” and Virtual both count toward your goal too!  FYI:  I’m pretty sure there is going to be another virtual cupcake race in 2013 🙂

Jen and Jill have also added a muli-distance catagory which works out great for me, so this is the one I chose.

  1. I am right there with you, baby! I am running 13 Halfs in 2013! Can’t wait! I already have 6 actual races planned for the year, and at least 2 virtual (One is my own) to look forward to!

I think you ned to blog about the Fit 4 Life Race series, they have a facebbok page, you can also get all the details of the race thru active!! I love your blog!!     I joined the group. I need it to keep me going and have races planned to train for. Otherwise I seem to get bored with training. I love that you can do all distances.
