Run Find Your Happy Pace

finding my happy pace in running and life

Motivational Monday Jan 13 2014 – Self Improvement

on January 13, 2014

Last week I wrote about self-improvement.  A few people commented about my quote that I included in the blog write up.  Thank you for the wonderful support and feedback on it.  Because of you guys I have decided to continue the theme of self-improvement and use that very quote this weeks theme.

It’s about the evolution of me (and you) not just in running but in all parts of life.  In faith, in love, as a family, neighbor and friend.

Keep self improving, make it a never-ending task until you breath your last breath.  For your life is to be lived to the fullest potential God has for you.  It will benefit so much more than just yourself 🙂

Have a great week!

  1. christyruns says:

Self improvement is a continual process, it took me a long time to learn the above quote, so true!

  2. Ah I love that quote! It reminds me of how easy it can be to get into the comparison trap, comparing yourself to OTHERS instead of your old SELF. Thanks for sharing it and linking up to Motivate Me Monday 🙂

  3. That is a GREAT quote. It hits right home with me. As I started training for my first 25K with a new {to me} running group I found myself trying to keep up with everyone else. I’m a slower running, but my times are always improving. Some people are just fast than me, but I need to remind myself that I am training to run my own race.

Would love to hear from you!
